This is the Lucy Bag that I am working on as a present for a friend. Her birthday celebration is the Friday after Thanksgiving (yep, that would be a week from this Friday). My goal is to have it knit up by this weekend so that I can get it felted on Saturday or Sunday. The yarn is 100% wool, size 10 needles and is just a mindless knit (right now). Once I get to the straps, however, it becomes incredibly boring knitting. I am on row 51 which means I have another 50 rows of bag to go, plus the handles.
