I finally have some finished socks out of Maizy. But not quite enough yardage for 52 week challenge.
It took three tries and over a year before I settled on a pattern.
color: turf (real color is greener than pics)
62g = 253 yds, cuff about 6 1/2" high when worn.
2.75mm dpns
Toe up, made up pattern. Inspiration from stitch pattern in "Sensational Knitted Socks" by Charlene Schurch.

the socks count for the 52 weeks as long as the cuff is 4"... so it looks like you're ok
