First project

I'm knitting a short-sleeved sweater out of some lavender CPY Shimmer that I've had in my stash for about 6 years or so.  The pattern is by Kathy Zimmerman, called "Opulent Options", and was published in Knitter's magazine in Spring 1999 (no. 54).

I'm enjoying knitting this pattern as it's simple but pretty.  I've cast on the back so far.
