I started this project on 10/4/11. The pattern is called Seaside Shawlette, and the yarn is hand-dyed, by EweandUs.com. I just love the color for this yarn, and it is going to be a gift for my co-worker. Her little 3 month old daughter is fighting for her life right now, from a very rare genetic heart disorder. And I've been knitting this as an prayer shawl to give her once it's completed.

I will say a prayer for your friend and her daughter. No parent should ever have to go through that. I'm sure the prayer shawl will be greatly appreciated!
