By the way, my seven year old son is getting a similar one . . . I guess elves are going to losing hats all over the place this Christmas . . . fortunately, my sister and I live five hours apart.

progress report - ELF hat
Doesn't look like much does it? It will be stocking cap. For my niece. The pic does not do the colors well. It is a stocking cap that will have an "elf label" in it and will be left outside on Christmas morning for my six year old niece to find . . . assuming of course, that she will believe that one of Santa's elves left their hat.
