It's a Mario 3 Piranha Plant Scarf. It's crocheted in Caron Simply Soft with an I hook, and used between 550-600 yards of yarn. I wrote out the pattern for it, so you can check that out too:

is there a progress pic somewhere?
The progress pic is included. See, it's only half a tube (I had not yet crocheted the black on to it) and there are no plants attached to it, or the tube openings.
Further explanation of the tube...
The tube has a light part, a medium-colored part, and the dark part.
The light part alternates between light and dark greens with emphasis on the light, and the medium part has emphasis on the dark green. Then there is the dark part of the tube that goes from dark green to black. The progress picture I linked is only 2/3ds the length of the tube, so I still had to do the black and dark green part, and then crochet the tube openings and the plants.
