WIP-- (non-conformist) Coquille

OOOOPS
Silly me....I used the wrong yarn to be in the running for hte Coquille KAL faboulous grand prize (I was trying to stash-bust some yarn sock when I cast on....) But good news, I like my project. I have tweaked it a bit -- alternating a solid and a self striping yarn for one, and only making one of the largest gussets to make it more of a scarf size -- less of a shawl size --
Am currently taking advice as to whether I should leave the edge soft ruffly- (unblocked look -- roll edgbe under and stitch) or if I should add an edging. I feel that the project has gotten too playful for the original pattern edge finishing. Anyone??
Sometimes mistakes turn out to be our favorites!!

poop. So I have to start and finish a project during the same month? (Because...I am not done yet...)
It is ok if those are the rules. I am sure I will be knitting a bit more next month. I will just have to plan better next time!
:)

no. you don't have to start and finish the project the same month. you can have several going at one time. the only stipulation is that the project cannot have been started before dec. 31, 2010. you get credit for the project the month you finish.
