Final finished project


This is my lacy baby blanket, knit in cotton boucle. I knit it sideways, so the lace stripes would be vertical. I made up the pattern, it was very simple.

I finished the lace beret quickly, because I enjoyed it so much!

Cast on last weekend for the #24 Lace Beret from Vogue Holiday 2009. A very pretty hat knit in alpaca fingering.
It's for my daughter.

little lacy cowl finished


Here's my kid merino cowl all finished (except of course weaving in the ends and a touch of blocking) I threw it over my daughter's head and made her model it as she was heading out the door, so it could have used a little arranging, but you can see how it will look. It's better than a photo of it lying on the table, I hope.
