October first - a very rainy day in our country. I started early this morning with the cuff of a fingerless mitten, in Panda Soy Stained Glass. Later this morning the Yahoo group Wolhemelblanket released block 1 of the Groninger KAL Blanket. I have been working on that one this evening, and am almost done with this block. I am using Cascade 220 Superwash for it; in red. It was a gift of Candace in the summer. The blocks will be given out on a weekly basis.
The photo is taken a few minutes ago, I will make a better one tomorrow morning, by daylight.
So my current projects:
Fingerless Mittens in CPY Panda Soy, using DPN US #1 and #2
Groninger Blanket in Cascade 220.
Planned: A sweater in ONline Riesenknauel.
Edited to add: The first block is finished now. I used 110 yards for it.
