tesserae socks completed for April

I really enjoyed knitting this easy pattern and Fred has already asked for another pair based on wearing them while he was walking around the house collecting corgi hair on them. I tried to get most of it off for the photo, but you'd never know. :) This used an extra 5 grams of Cascade Heritage paints in another colorway for the toe. Size large calls for 450 yards and the skein had 437 listed so I believe at least 450 is correct if not more. I do recommend this pattern. It has enough interest while knitting, but easy to do watching a mystery. Typical of Anne Hanson's knitspot patterns, it is clearly written and logical.
