I finished the second sock. Funky looking, huh? I have a philosophy about socks. (Yes, I know, I'm deep.)
Socks should be loud. Socks should have verve and attitude. Socks should positively scream that they're hand knitted.

Needle: Addi Lace Turbo US size 0
Pattern: Basic 64 stitch sock with short row heels

I love loud socks too. If I don't scream personality anywhere else, you can rest assured, if I can, I have on an obnoxious pair of handknit socks.

short row heels? why do they look like heel flaps to me?! what kind of short row heels are they? i am curious.
Love your philosophy; I think my father subscribed to it as well. I think wearing crazy socks was his way of either laughing at the world, or flipping it off; either way, I thought it was great. :o)
